I am unable to rate more than this as I had my Appointment booked for over a week. I arrived on time and was told by one of the girls that she wouldnt be long. Half an hour later I was still waiting. I had to leave as I had another appointment to get to and there was insufficient time left to complete my treatment and still make my appointment. I could forgive them if at any time during my wait they had apologised for the delay. Unfortunately customer service at this salon was sadly lacking and all they did was waste my time.
