My second visit for a manicure. Lovely surroundings and friendly staff. Jade the owner is welcoming, polite and gentle when it comes to the treatment. My nails look fantastic

Worst experience ever. Rude staff, turning up late and no apology, dirty facilities and terrible quality of service. A manicure that actually hurt and made me bleed isnt right making me question if staff are actually qualified? Nail polish cheapest stuff possible from home bargains, that chipped before even leaving the car park. Misleading offer and staff stating we are allowed to use all of the facilities, for the manager to then rudely interrupt my friends treatment to me told during told we needed to "settle up" and that we all owed an extra 6 for the use of the pool/sauna, surely we shouldnt of been told by other staff we could use them, then be expected to pay if there was an error or lack of communication between staff? Jade the manager/owner was unhelpful and didnt care basically told us it wasnt her problem, rolled her eyes and showed absolutely no sympathy for the mistake.
