Disgraceful Service. Alexander Hair and Beauty and Hair Loss Clinic. Anlaby Visited 5th May 2021 Having recently lost my hair due to cancer treatment. I visited this awful salon with my daughter. On entering wearing a chemo headscarf ! i was told to take a seat. Within minutes a girl approached and said "is it just a trim!?" Shocked I pulled my scarf back to reveal there was no hair to trim. We were then taken to a room/cupboard by the so called wig specialist. It became clear she knew nothing. She had no wigs on display and showed me the only 2 she had. She repeatedly harped on about only having human hair and reminded us that "this is a high end salon" " these wigs are high end price at 750 pounds". I stayed quiet but eventually could not suffer her rude presumption that it was too expensive for me. I told her forget telling me the cost. If I like it then cost is no issue. She then said if I bought it . I needed to visit the salon monthly and pay 50 pounds each visit to maintain it. When she was told "what !? I'm terminally ill I have good and bad days. I cant commit to buying something where I need to be well enough to visit the salon. "oh dont worry " she said buy it and I'll send somebody to your house" Ok! we said well if I buy I'm entitled to the vat off. Well! she looked blank and said noo!. I said yes!, check the government website re disability vat relief. So she replied I dont think my supplier will agree to that. I said its law, she said I'll find out and call you tomorrow. No call came but today I've visited a fantastic REAL wig specialist and purchased 2 beautiful wigs at wigs n pieces in Patrington. Do not be taken in by this salon's claims of being wig specialists. I assure any reader they are not and don't have a clue.

Went to Vibe salon again and had redone my highlights again and my husband Terry had his redone his hair as well hope and her staff we're very welcoming and looked after us really well was well worth it.

Hi hope Terry here thank you for doing a fantastic job on my hair I love the texture and style and the massage wow that was fantastic so sorry you didn't get to finish the front off due to the strong oil smell made me feel light headed but I enjoyed it still I feel great today and hope next time I even enjoy it more better can't thank you enough for looking after us all day so friendly and professional manner to customers. I love coming here to be pampered thanks hope xxxx love your work you do
