        Excellent support and service much appreciated, I needed 2 small oil seals with 316 stainless garter spring. I could not find anything locally in Scotland, after speaking to George Lodge 2 seals were with me within 24hrs. No matter how small the order the service is the same excellent. Thanks Henry

        I called George Lodge and son tonight out of hours to leave a message for them to call me back tomorrow. The gentleman who answered the phone said that they were closed but may be able to help. He traced the belt that I required and got it on order for me and said they would be delivered as soon as they arrived from their supplier in Germany. Fantastic service thank you James Linnett

        Absolutely brilliant company. Why cant everyone be like George Lodge ? Rang them on Thursday at 3pm with a query, which was answered promptly and knowledgeably. Ordered my chain online immediately and it was delivered Friday. What more can you ask ?

I then ordered the quantity of thrust bearings I wanted and again received next day. Absolutely perfect in every way. A shining example of customer service.
