        Been a customer for 38 years. Haven't been able to get onto my online account in months thanks to that ridiculous PINsentry machine. Been trying last few days to get the app but my application keeps getting knocked back with no explanation as to what's wrong. By comparison I opened the Co-op Bank app in 8 minutes having been a customer for 1 day Ironically I went to my local branch an hour ago to withdraw my funds and close the account...only to find the branch was long gone. Now have to get to Hull just to shut the account once and for all. Used to be such a good bank up to around 2007. Been in decline ever since

        Staff not very friendly, both seemed miserable and just wanted to go home. Did not get the situation sorted with my online banking. And not really helpful with the other questions I was asking. The girl found something amusing on the laptop and seemed more interested when her friends arrived. As for the young man, I think he needs to learn how to smile and offer more practical help. I have been a customer for many years but now I think it is time for a change
