A few weeks ago she had to close her dads account down with Lloyds as he had sadly passed away.
She contacted his branch and made an appointment to visit and close the account down.
The staff were nice and understanding. All the documents required were given to the bank and she was told with in ten working day it would be closed and everything dealt with.
This took about 15 days and my partner did not really complain about it she just rang once to check what was happening. The staff again were great and understanding.
But to come home to a lovely surprise like this really made her feel very special.
A very big well done and an even bigger thank you to the staff here.
This was totally unexpected and not required as she had not made a complaint, so for the branch to do this was totally amazing. Customer service far above and beyond.
