        Took a deposit on an auction which I didn't actually win any bids and now unable to get my deposit back.. no communication from cust service

        Poor information about auction collection details : We bought a large printer on their online auction. I called to arrange the collection date and specifically asked them if there were any stairs at the collection point so I'd know what equipment and how many staff to send and they said no stairs and it would be on the ground floor. When we arrived it was on the top floor so LOTS of stairs and we'd driven an hour and a half to find we didnt have the correct moving equipment. Very poor service
