        Klaus offers an extensive and valuable skillset, which I find myself revisiting regularly in all manner of situations. Klaus offers an experience which opens up different perspectives, challenges "the norm", but all with a calm and professional approach to unlocking motivators/demotivators in order to help reach whatever goal you're aiming for. I stepped out of my comfort zone on a number of occasions with Klaus, working on professional and personal coaching and helping me to see (and understand) the bigger picture. I highly recommend Klaus and Cross-Road Coaching to anyone looking for coaching, guidance and a large and talented pool of knowledge and experience.

His attitude and his gentle and empathetic approach help you to open yourself up to him and to let him help you to help yourself. His firmness and experience prevent you from deviating from your original goals but staying on track!

        I first reached out to Klaus about a year ago and have been working been working with him for the last 6 months. I started with an initial 6 lesson block and have been going back to Klaus to tackle various challenges on and off since. Klaus has helped me unlock key self-imposed mental barriers. This has had a profound effect in helping me to focus and drive towards achieving my goals. Klaus is a warm, friendly and endearing character who has made me feel extremely comfortable in sharing and discussing my deepest thoughts. Couldn't recommend hiring Klaus as a personal coach enough!
