Have been coming to this camp site for years and love it. The owners are friendly and lovely to. A small and quiet site, with ample facilities, although we use the caravans facilities when we visit. There is a Cafe round the corner about 8-10 minute walk. A good size fish pond, but we don't fish, but the pond looks well stocked, as many who do fish like to show off their catch. Shops near by, handy for all your holiday needs. So we give it 10/10.

Nice site but when you get a new person next to you who parks the opposite way to which you are park . Heath and safety would have a field day , with their only being 2 meters between your caravan and the vehicle of the next caravan. The toilet was only cleaned once , we notice a silver foil top on the toilet floor which had been there 5 days ,so I reckon the toilets and shower are only cleaned once in a blue moon .Also my wife did not feel right having to share a toilet with men . Would be a good idea to have a toilet block were the ladies have there own toilet .

We stayed here for two nights whilst cycling in the area. The campsite is small but well spaced out pitches mean it isnt overcrowded. The way the site is created around a pond make it very picturesque. The office is in a nearby garage which totally confused us on arrival and wasnt signposted or explained during our initial phone call to book. Also its cash only which wasnt explained either. However the owner was very friendly and helpful with local issues once we found her!

Nice tidy site, well looked after. One toilet and shower that was clean and functional. Fishing is free and good fun, with plenty of small carp and silver fish to keep you occupied. Nearest pub is the Hungry Horse, about 20 minute walk and there is the Tiffin cafe close by. All pitches accessed off a graveled track with plenty of space.
