Nelson Travel organised us the most amazing honeymoon. We had very little knowledge of where best to go and stay, but they took care of everything. Their partners in Africa meant that we got total luxury everywhere we went. The places we stayed were all equally stunning, and really made it the trip of a lifetime. The camps were all completely wild, but blended with refined luxury as well just as we had hoped for. The trip went absolutely as well as we could possibly have hoped, and this was largely down to the hard work and dedication of the Nelson Travel team. If we could give them 6 stars we would. Thank you to all the team for such an incredible experience.

Nelson travel organised our honeymoon to the Seychelles & Kenya. Unfortunately the weather in Seychelles was not great and we moved to Mauritius - the team were so helpful in arranging our transfer of flights and accommodation all so quickly! We stayed at the Prince Maurice hotel in Mauritius and Angama in Masai Mara for safari in Kenya - both were absolutely amazing! Ben & Emma were incredibly easy to deal with, very friendly, responsive and organised, including detailed itinerarys. The bookings, transfers and hotels that Nelson Travel recommended and sorted for us made our trip spectacular - everything went so well - thank you Ben & Emma for the trip of a lifetime!!

I couldn't recommend Nelson Travel more highly - we had the most amazing holiday - every detail had been thought about and they were always on hand to answer any questions straight away. Very personal service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again / recommend to friends.

Nelson Travel organised our trip of a lifetime - the most carefully curated adventure - offering us fun, relaxation, wildlife, food and some of the most beautiful scenes Africa has to offer. Striking the ultimate balance between exploration and luxury, Nelson Travel coordinated our honeymoon to literal perfection and did not put a single foot wrong. From the moment we landed, every single detail was taken care of, meaning we could enjoy each moment and time together, without worrying about a thing. Nelson Travel firstly whisked us off to Botswana's Okavango Delta to stay at Macatoo Camp, which is run by African Horseback Safaris. The journey was effortless (for us!) and our 'honeymoon suite' tent on arrival was really fabulous and we slept like logs for entire time. We were taken straight out on a ride on Day 1, counting more game in one afternoon than we'd imagined we'd see in the whole week. The overall experience was full of wonderful surprises - most excitingly, a helicopter ride over the Delta. The food, staff, service, horses and everything in between were exceptional. We felt very sad to leave. We weren't sad for long as another seamlessly-organised journey to Johannesburg, complete with a very smart chauffeur ride from the airport, took us to the beautiful Saxon Hotel. After a week of adventure in the bush, the hotel was the perfect R&R spot, with lovely food, wine, and a huge bath to settle into. Next stop was the real-life paradise of Benguerra Island, Mozambique. Nelson Travel had arranged a helicopter to collect us from Vilankulos airport straight to our hotel, &Beyond Benguerra. The views travelling over the island were some of the most beautiful we have ever seen from the air. This next spot was a foodies' heaven and we gorged to our heart's content for the rest of the week, with delicious cocktails to wash it all down. Our days of reading and relaxation on the beach were only paused for the amazing array of activities on the island and surrounding areas. From snorkelling with seaturtles in the Bazaruto National Park, to a magical encounter with an endangered dugong (seacow), to spotting humpuck whales in the distance - the wildlife we saw was truly amazing. When it really finally was time to go home, Nelson Travel had everything in hand for a smooth trip back to Johannesburg and on to London. We are still poring over the hundreds of photos and on a complete high, weeks later. I can't imagine any holiday without Nelson Travel now...we've set the bar rather high for the rest of married life! Cannot recommend the team more highly. They really are the best.
