I have a very painful frozen shoulder and Paul managed to relieve some of the residual pain from the surrounding area without causing any distress in my shoulder. The centre was clean, a great location and easy to find. I would recommend booking in!

I had my first sports massage with Paul a couple of days ago and it was absolutely amazing! He really knows his stuff and made me feel very comfortable! Cannot wait to book my next one in and hopefully start to live a pain free life!

Pauls healing hands relieved my upper back and shoulder tension from years of being hunched over a desk and carrying heavy laptop bags. Paul was a pleasure to chat with whilst creating and maintaining a relaxing environment. I left feeling two inches taller!

An excellent massage experience. Paul is extremely competent. I had pain in my shoulder blades and with his expertise he managed to alleviate this. I would highly recommend him.
