        Ben is brilliant at what he does. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He clearly explains what is wrong and how to fix it. He really helped me get back on track with my marathon training after a calf injury. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

        Just had my first session with Ben and a full hour of manipulation has loosened-up my lower back and he gave me a set of exercises to maintain flexibility. Very thorough explanation of what he was doing and why during the session.
