Stop Slip Ltd

I wish I could have given no stars as this company is a joke and deserve to be avoided. I recently purchased anti slip strips, with pre drilled holes. On delivery the holes were twice the size of the screw heads which they supplied. I sent photos and complained to the company about the workmanship. they didn't even have the courtesy to reply. Avoid at all costs there's plenty of alternative companies.

I ordered shoes. The size was not good. I wanted to change. On the bill was just the SFC's contacts. They said I need to contact with Stop Slip. I tried but noone answered back for my emails and my phonecalls. Now I have a wrong size shoes. I don't recomend this shop!!!

Superb service. I left a message for someone to call me back with the expectation it would not happen - it did! Ordered the items on Monday and expected delivery on Thursday/Friday. Delivered today, Wednesday! Packaged really well (Fort Knox might be easier to access!), product exactly as expected and installed in minutes.

Awful customer service, never calls back and I had to complain via email to get a response. Now I want to exchange my shoes for a different size it seems I have to go direct to SFC anyway. My advice is to go direct to the SFC website!
