We only stopped one night on our way to the Euro tunnel. Which is only 30 mins away. The facilities are outstanding and modern. It did rain heavily the night we were here, and even the hardstanding pitches do get a little water logged at this time of year. April 2023 Close by are two good pubs, but check opening times and days. The Queens head walkable for some, and the Farriers' arms, we chose to use the second one as the reviews were great.

Brilliant campsite. Toilets and showers absolutely spotless with loads of hot water. Staff really friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend to anyone wishing to park a caravan, campervan or motorhome. Stayed on adults only site. Really peaceful. Walkability: Lots of countryside to walk your dogs. Pub just down the road.
