They brought cable design suggestions to the table, demonstrated use of the inverter, battery and solar app and followed up post-install to make sure everything was satisfactory. Kept to the schedule, and tidied everything up afterwards. Highly recommended. Just had Baird and Brown complete my solar and battery installation and couldn't be happier. Not only were they thoughtful, responsive and competitively priced above all they were extremely knowledgable which left us feeling at ease once we were left to our own devices. They showed us how to use the app for our install and talked to us about potential tariffs we could switch to to make the most of our solar. All in all, can't recommend these guys enough. Baird and Brown installed my solar panels and battery storage system. They have been amazing from the beginning. From the day I first contacted them for a quote their communication has been excellent, no question was too much trouble and they ensured I received a system that does exactly what I need. Really professional and the quality of the install is second to none. Post installation, they have been supportive and aided me in adjusting settings and ensuring everything is running smoothly. David, Phil & the team installed a solar power system, battery storage & car charger the whole experience was fantastic, so professional & boy were they helpful, their advice before during & after the installation was great!
