After shopping there on tuesday I feel duped. I spent quite alot of money on items that I was told by Joyce were very old and vintage. Which turned out not to be vintage at all or old like she claimed and half the the price online. Very disheartening. Not only that but she offered me a discount if I bought these fake vintage items to which she tricked me at check out and i did not receave the full dicount. Joyce also claimed the emergence of me buying these fake vintage items because she did not work Friday's to my dismay when I arrived Friday she was indeed working. I would be very careful shopping in browsers bazaar again. Joyce is also very rude and pushy I had no confrontation with Joyce but i was very intimidated by her presence.

Myself and my wife visited today for the first time and ready to spend a few hundred pounds on fresh stock. The lady on the till was so extremely rude and unprofessional. We had picked a few items from one stall, and asked her for some clarification on the prices, and she rudely and loudly said to my wife are you talking to me? We went to carry on viewing more potential purchases. The lady in question was talking very loudly to her assistant that we had disappeared and was moaning we hadnt even told her if we were paying cash or card! We went back to find out why we were causing a problem and was rudely told to finish the transaction because she had customers waiting! We walked out, and will never return! We normally spend in excess of 500 on a normal visit to an antiques emporium, and repeat visits several times a year! We really feel sorry for the owner, being represented by this type of person unprofessional, not customer focused and frankly rude. She has damaged your business and will continue to do so. If the lady in question is the business owner then perhaps she need to listen and be more respectful to customers.
