I recently bought a beginning to be derelict house with only a very small budget left over to make the place minimally habitable. A large bedroom bay window HAD to be replaced IMMEDIATELY and probably two other plain bedroom windows, I also wanted a rough idea how much a few extra things might cost. I called several companies, the reps would only give me detailed formal estimates and tried to persuade me to have much more done and were also all in a rush. However, Carlos turned up and patiently listened to what I had to say and proceeded to give me a formal quote for the big bay and a good guide for the other two, plus a rough idea how much the other things might cost, and he didn't try to persuade me to have more done. The house purchase went through and Carlos's team duly turned up and did the work professionally with the minimum of fuss. No hesitation to recommend Grovewood.
