Brought a Audi Q3 biggest mistake I could of done! Was told it has a new mot and be AA checked picked car up had both motors gone on the wipers in winter so was sold a car that was not even road legal! and also has a bearing and mount gone on it that the two year warranty they got me to buy doesn't cover! Again another shoddy garage avoid!!!!

Bought a car only to find out once I started driving it there were lots of issues including things that were dangerous that should have failed the MOT that they had put the car through. Then found out by paying for a private inspection that it had been in an unreported accident that had been cleverly covered up aesthetically but without resolving mechanical issues it caused. Put myself and my children in danger. Not impressed. Got my money back but only received an apology when I complained I hadn't had one!

Sadly living up to what you expect from a car salesman, had an issue with the car I brought an hour after purchase and no one would get back to me as soon as the money had been passed over after emails and many calls to them, just kept getting fobed off. Very bad service. Spend your money with a garage that deserves it, and not only care about you when when there getting Commission. Instead of trying to solve the problem and help when I finally got a callback after 5 days 3 emails and 6 phone calls all I was offered was warranty when the car was bought with a fault in the first place and issue was brought up on the day of purchase. I ended up having to pay 264 to fix the car. Thanks LCM Absolutely disgusting service.

Spend your money with a garage that deserves it, and not only care about you when when there getting Commission.
