It is a five star feedback from the initial contact I had with Sarah at KKB Appliances to the delivery and fitting of my new Bosch integrated dishwasher only a few days later by Norman and his colleague. Im thrilled with my new dishwasher and they were so careful with the removal of the old one and the fitting of the new one. Thank you so much and youll definitely be my first port of call for my next appliance . A really personal and professional service that cant be beaten these days .

Full of eastern promise, We wanted to shop local to support the community. Needed three large new specific kitchen items, told "No problem" will have them in a couple of weeks, placed order but had to chase every week for update on delivery, eventually told first item was unavailable in the colour we wanted, cancelled and re ordered on-line for substantially less money (exactly the model & colour we wanted) next day free delivery? The second item went through the same scenario, lots of chasing before being offered something different (?) Sourced & ordered exact model through another on-line retailer (Cheaper) three day free delivery. After pushing for the final item we received it a couple of days later only to find it damaged and "Not" a New item but rather an "A" graded product, reported condition etc, offered money off to keep it, politely refused and asked for the item to be collected and the order cancelled, driver who collected the item; gave me an argument that the item although "Damaged" & "A" Graded by the supplier it was actually new, as it had never been used and the amount we where getting it for was great value? Again ordered the item from another on-line electrical retailer, had to wait a week for free delivery but got the latest model from the same manufacturer & colour at a much reduced price??? We must say that if you guarantee you can deliver new products at a good price & in a timely manner you must follow through, if problems crop up you need to communicate with the customer, not wait to be chased time & time again and if something is wrong with the product you supply; Don't try to brow beat someone into accepting "Damaged" goods... We were full of good intentions but left disillusioned & disappointed!!!
