        I live in Warwick but have older parents in Leominster who are struggling. I contacted Shane because he was local & had good reviews. He who was absolutely great, when I spoke on the phone, I liked him a lot and felt hugely reassured. He visited my parents after calling them first, serviced the boiler, checked all rads, gas supplies and cleaned the mag filter. My mother said no previous plumber has ever been so thorough & she felt hugely reassured by him. He was kind, very professional and did a great job according to my parents. Cannot than this gent enough and will certainly recommend him.
