        I don't usually leave reviews but have on this occasion. Over the last 18 months I have had several health issues and I can not thank the staff at Kingsland enough for there care and swift attention. Even when no appoitments have been free in kingsland I have seen a doctor in one of the other surgeries in the group. Telephone VP calls have been swift and most helpful and reception staff respectful and so helpful and many occasions. Thank you wonderful team. I recommend you to everyone.

        Receptionist was rude, unhelpful and couldn't wait to get me off the phone. If I could give 0 stars I would but I can't. Terrible attitude.

        People knock the NHS and doctors surgery's but mortimer medical practice is fantastic, caring, and it's great to have confidence in your doctor and this is what you get from Mortimer medical practice.
