        Receptionists who listen and do their utmost to help. My doctor who followed up with an after care call, and a nurse who gave up her lunch break to fit me into her busy schedule. Quite an amazing surgery! I just wish the other surgeries in England (especially in London) could emulate what is going on here, and angry patients would be a thing of the past.
