1. New receptionist didnt know if they did fencing 2. Requested photos which we did. Then wanted us to measure!!! I said I expected someone to come out and advise us. 3. David visited and promised the world. Said quote within a couple of hours or by end of the day. 4. Phone call saying quote after weekend. 5. No phone call so we called. David sick. No quote. No visit to see product. Promised quote in 2 days. 6. 3 weeks later a phone call to say taken on commercial contract so wont be doing residential till the Autumn. Outrageous. Despicable. No way to treat potential clients.

So we used David and the team to help us design and update our tired decking and has made it into something incredible! (I cant add my pictures but words are just not enough) Once we went through the space available the guys came up with a plan, and watching them work hard all weathers to get it sorted, and making it so I can take my Nan out there in her wheelchair to admire the views has made her life so much better, it has given her a new lease of life and She is able to access nature from our garden once more! So thank you so much, they are accurate with all their timings, and how long it takes to complete and most importantly stick to deadline, Mark and Kieron were stars as well! We appreciate all your hard work, if you ever need decking these guys are one of the best I know for sure!
