The highlight of my visit, however, was the magnificent Kingsgate Castle, which sits majestically overlooking the beach. The castle's architecture is truly impressive and its location makes for a perfect photo opportunity.
The cliffs surrounding the beach are equally as impressive, offering panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding landscape. I spent hours just walking along the beach and admiring the views, feeling truly at peace in this idyllic location.
In terms of amenities, the beach had everything I needed, including a small caf where I could grab a coffee and some snacks. The toilets and changing rooms were also clean and well-maintained.
Overall, Kingsgate Bay Beach is a must-visit destination for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic retreat. The natural beauty of the beach, combined with the history and architecture of Kingsgate Castle, make for an unforgettable experience.
