THIS EBAY SELLER IS A LIAR AND A THIEF AND A FRAUD! AND IS A ROBBER AND IS A CHEAT AND IS SELLING DEFECTIVE GOODS. He sold me a defective generator then arrange to collected it himself, now he is telling ebay and my bank that I never returned the item even though it was him who arranged the collection himself as my customer confirmed, so therefore Im not getting a refund of 1500.00 GBP. IVE TOLD THE EBAY POLICE. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. THEY ARE A LINCH OF LIARS. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CHEATS.

Bought an expensive item. It arrived missing parts and despite repeatedly being told they were being sent out they have never arrived. I will never shop here again and I suggest that no one else does. The blokes a crook.

Absolutely Awful! The owner ingnores all communications. We ordered a received a lawn mower that was faulty. we asked for it to be returned and required a refund. Months later after emails and phone calls we finally had the mower picked up for return, weeks later we have not yet received a refund!. Will be taking this much further.

Posting as a warning to anyone thinking of buying from this company. Bought a petrol lawnmower. Had difficulty starting it the first time, even though we have owned three previous petrol mowers. The second time it was used it stopped and wouldn't start again. Have been emailing the company with very little response. Only proper reply was when I raised a return via ebay, which the company closed. Told me the manufacturer would contact me but since then have heard nothing. Disgraceful customer service.
