        Our first visit to this restaurant . Staff greeted us on arrival and they were friendly throughout our visit. Service was prompt and efficient. I ordered battered fish and chips and the fish, inside the batte,r and the chips and peas were very dry! The batter was good. Other meals were better. I didn't have a dessert but those who did really enjoyed them and would recommend the treacle sponge , sticky toffee pudding and trillionaire's pudding

        Popped in for lunch, such a gorgeous pub. The food was amazing and the lovely lady running the place was amazing, so welcoming and friendly.
