Pear Tree Surgery

Absolutely disgusting over an hour and a half to get through on the phone

I'd like to thank the 999 operator who helped me save my daughters life on the phone after she stopped breathing. Initially when I had identified issues vefore the incident I had called this surgery trying to get her seen. After repeated calls to this surgery and after they refused to see a child who was under 1 at the time (they are have obligations they do not meet)They still refused to see my daughter. I ended up with Birmingham children's hospital assisting with issues after the ife threatneing issue. I feel alot could have been prevented if they actually bothered. If you see their nhs reviews it shows how poor this place is. Avoid it and find somewhere else. Trust me, pear tree is incredibly negligent.

Always had brilliant care, get seen same day even when ringing as late as 5pm. Only difficulty can be getting through on the phone but even that isn't the worst as long as not phoning first thing in the morning. No other faults at all, I would fully recommend and am grateful for the care me and family have received.

Excellent practice, always get phoned back by duty doctor very quickly
