Love Broga. It was my break through in yoga quite a few years ago. I was fed up with classes where I felt like an outsider. Frustrated I tried Matt's class, because he wasn't your typical yogi and I was hooked. Simple instructions, easy to follow, not complicated pose names. Many people in the room seemed just as inflexible as I was, but you were always encouraged to try and give your best. Practice not pose. Now a couple of years later I am a yoga teacher myself and can only learn from the way Matt and his team are constantly improving and updating. Try it! You may find it challenging, you may certainly sweat, but if you're like me, it will put a smile on your face and make you feel proud of what you achieved.

I had an amazing time at Broga! Matthew Miller is an incredible teacher, he kept the class fun, challenging for all levels and was really welcoming! I was a little worried at first that I might be the only woman there and it would be a bit too macho for me but it was a mixed class & Matt weaved in yoga philosophy with the sequence which was a really lovely surprise. I actually went to the class in a really bad mood from some bad news and it completely shifted it, I left feeling reenergised, relaxed, strong and smiling :) Ill be back! x

Excellent course- lots of good content delivered by fantastic instructors. Great value for money- highly recommend
