Weve used Richardsons twice in the last year for both selling and buying properties, and they have been first rate on both occasions - responsive, thorough and with great communication and advice throughout. Having seen how much a bad solicitor can impede the conveyancing process, its worth paying that bit extra to make it less stressful. Vicky and Natalie were excellent and Id recommend them to anyone. Richardsons carried out the conveyancing on the purchase of our property. Anyone at the firm that we came into contact with were helpful, friendly and professional. Our main point of contact was Rebecca who was exceptional. She was extremely efficient with clear communication keeping us updated at every stage - we never once had to chase. She was understanding, knowledgeable and supportive, answering any questions/queries we had. Overall, we received a fantastic service which helped enormously with what can be an extremely stressful process. I cannot recommend Richardsons highly enough.

Richardsons recently used for our house move and provided an excellent service. Rebecca was great and kept us regularly updated, and must give Sue a special mention as she was so supportive and helpful, and calmed my anxiety about move ! Cant recommend highly enough. 10/10 !!

Highly recommend Richardsons for any sale or purchase. We unfortunately had long delays on our sale and purchase due to the seller but Sue and Rebecca kept us updated along the way and had a plan to get things moving along for us. Without them we would not have completed before both our buyers and our mortgage offers ran out. There was a notable difference in the professionalism of Sue and Rebecca compared to the solicitor of our buyer and seller. Sue in particular was a pleasure to communicate with and promptly answered any queries and explained the different parts of the process. Richardsons really do make a stressful time a lot easier.
