I can 100% recommend hearing choices. Initially I went with my 95 year old disabled father. After many years of poor service from high street hearing specialists I found Lisa. From the outset she was kind,considerate and very patient. You could tell that she genuinely wanted to help. After a few trips to iron out some practical difficulties my father was having because of his abilities she finally nailed it. His quality of life has now improved no end. The way she helped my dad encouraged me to sort out my own hearing loss with her. As well as the excellent audiology and welcoming atmosphere, if you have mobility problems there is ample parking and its all on the ground floor, brilliant!!

Having been under the NHS for a very long time I was dubious about going to see someone in the private sector. How wrong could I be!! The treatment that I have received from Lisa, from the very first assessment to now, is first class. Her care, patience and on-going aftercare service is excellent and I would happily refer her 100%.
