My experience with Lesley at Del Viento Horse Hair Jewellery has been absolutely amazing. The turn around was super quick from the moment I sent my horse hair to the time I received it back within jewellery. Lesley completely understands how important horse hair can be, especially if it's irreplaceable. She always kept me updated and allowed me to personalise the jewellery with hair from multiple horses. The bracelet I chose was fantastic quality and well worth the price. Lesley also surprised me with some extra jewellery pieces made with leftover hair. It was so special! Received our horse hair bracelet today - a gift for my daughters birthday and am absolutely over the moon with it!. Lesley was so very, very patient and helpful throughout the ordering process - no question was too much and cannot believe how quickly it was made and sent out. The complimentary horse hair key ring was a wonderful surprise and Lesley even included birthday confetti in the box too - i would 100% recommend using Del Viento to anyone wanting a horsehair bracelet - thank you Lesley! :-)
