Jhoots Pharmacy

Have used this pharmacy for my prescriptions for a few years, it was a good service to begin with but has totally gone downhill. Staff are very slow to come forward or even acknowledge you, often don't have the items you need, last week couldn't find me on the system even though all my scripts go there then today was the final straw, saw a gp at 8.30 am went to collect at 11.30 which seemed like a reasonable period of time to wait, the girl was very rude and seemed to want an argument, said my script won't be ready til 4, when I asked why she just said you can have your script and take it elsewhere, wow! So I did just that will not be using them anymore, most of the people I know in the area have had very similar experiences. Very unprofessional!!!
