A veterinarian told me that my dog chewing toys was "unnatural" and that it made the dog "autistic". Also, she afforded no patience to my dog who was nervous around her. he was unsure of her and she was grabbing and pulling him around and didn't care about any of his cues that he was uncomfortable, and he eventually bit her. as a dog trainer, this is crazy to me.

Receptionist very polite and welcoming. Nurse was very kind and caring to Chester, whilst she cut his nails.

Please beware, I will never use Vet4Pets ever again and I urge people to stay clear. My dog had a problem with her leg on a Friday afternoon, after speaking to them, they suggested with monitor the leg and she is walking on it. If we needed further advice then to go to another vet to get treatment as they don't do weekends. We had no choice but to go to the weekend vets and ended up paying over a 1100 when I have insurance. Months later I'm still trying to get my money back. So my advice is: Deal with a Vets who are open for urgent cases at the weekend and who process the claim on your behalf to give you peace of mind.
