Horrible service, I paid 150 to hire floor sander. Got it broken and they refuse to refund money after I was told by clerk it would be sorted. Would not recommend and definitely won't hire from them

Horrible service - will never use them again. Equipment in a terrible state, petrol tank not full and delivered hours late. The gears did not work, the brakes did not work, the handles cannot be set higher, as the pen does not fit into the holes, so my husband had to bend over the whole time he was using it. We paid for a full tank, there was only a little bit of fuel in and I had to buy 5 litres of fuel. The equipment should arrived between 8 and 12 am. It only arrived at 15h00. The guy who delivered it, phoned his boss to find out what is going on and his boss told him that the brakes and gears did not work properly, so they obviously knew in what state it was. Disgusting service!! Will never use them again!!!!!
