        No one ever answer the phone after being diverted twice

        Went into store to drop off 18 bin bags full of children's clothes. It is well work your money. The building is small but useful. The staff are very kind and considerate. There is parking here and it is wheelchair accessible. I will use this again when I get spare clothes. Really good service. If you go to the website on the page it will tell you what they take. VERY USEFUL!

        Well I organised a collection today for over 8 bin bags ....did it all online ..organised a time between 3pm -6pm.. and no one turned up.. not a great start.. tryed to call them at 5.45pm and got diverted twice before NO ONE spoke.... Now the office is closed .... What a piss take
