Appalling customer service!! They don't deserve any stars but I guess I have to put at least one. The Saga: One of our recliner switches stopped working after 4 years. In May 2022 an engineer came out to assess the repair needed which was a new switch!! We paid 30 for a new switch 5 weeks later when we were in store and were informed that we would be contacted when it arrived to arrange another engineer visit. After hearing nothing for some weeks we chased several times only to be told time and again that they had supplier issues but would contact us when it arrived!! Once or twice they gave me dates when the part would be arriving with them. These came and went and on enquiry I was fobbed off with the supplier issue excuse. I have rung them this morning to chase yet again and was told the part was ordered on 18/1/23!!!! and that it could be 10 weeks before it is delivered!!! This takes us to almost a year after we first reported the fault. If we treated our customers like that we would no longer be in business. Totally shocking, we'll be looking elsewhere when we need replacements. Writing now at the beginning of Mar 23. Have received a call from DFS to say that the part has been lost at the warehouse and has now been re-ordered. This could take up to 8 weeks to arrive!! How many more excuses will they pull out of their hat? I just hope it is the right part by the time it finally arrives.

I HAVE CONTACTED BBC WATCH DOG very poor quality & after care Service. in shop was good and delivered within a couple of weeks of what they quoted. But quality and after service is rubbish draw in armrest failed after 3 months in July 22 we are still waiting for parts to arrive in feb 23 now seat recliner switch failed and told 17 weeks to get new one but Im not banking on it. Will never use them again and have contacted BBC watchdog with full story I urge others to do same to show how bad they really are
