    A 12pm finish on a Monday I find baffling. Until they allow Tracked 24/48 at any branch it means I cant provide a tracking service for anything ordered Monday afternoon. And parking for three cars on a very busy business estate means you have to take a gamble in the paid car park nearby, I go daily so no doubt one day Ill get a ticket.

    As a student I worked at the Post Office. It was efficient and served the public well. For a few pence I sent a letter to a remote part of the globe in 1966 and received an answer back in three days. On Jan 3 2023, I sent a letter to New York City N Y, cost me 7.00. Still has not reached. The profit motive? It stinks. But one of several horrific experiences over the last 5 years.

    Never open when you need to pick up or drop off parcels. Staff are generally pleasant but not much use if the opening hours are next to useless. Parking has become a real problem during the day too. For a company striving to keep up with DPD and alike they are certainly not making any attempt at a 'great customer experience'.
