Very disappointed. I ordered a lamb kebab in a naan. What i got was 5 very small pieces of lamb in a very thin wrap. 2 small kebabs cost Over 17. Not impressed at all.

I really dislike leaving poor reviews for local companies but one has no other option when the service is so poor. We were regular customers here, we enjoyed their food mostly, however the last order, they sent us the wrong food , which we couldn't eat. I rang up and was told that they had run out of ingredients for our original order so couldn't replace it. Seems too much of a coincidence that they got wrong the order they didn't have the ingredients for in the first place. We were told they couldn't refund us, we had to go through just eat, which we have 3, times, but just eat has told us that golden grill are ignoring every ticket we open. I'm going to open a ticket every week until I get my refund. I'm fact, in going to open another one now! Just refund my money! It's more the principle of this now! I'm happy to collect it in cash from you.
