        After waiting for over two hours for our traditional Christmas eve takeaway. We phoned, only to be told our order was just going on the grill. We received no communication updates via the Uber app. After speaking to two different members one of which was "supposedly" the manager they seemed surprised when we asked for their names and I asked to cancel our order. Merry Christmas Gaywood Pizza House.
