They sent my pensioner mother home empty handed when she tried to get my father's emergency medicine and they tried to do the same with me. It turned out all they needed to do was go onto Well's system and locate the prescription! Unbelievably, the lady sorting the order out simply didn't want to bother. After 5 minutes, one guy interfered and resolved it perfectly, but the customer service from the lady who appeared to be in charge was quite frankly, atrocious and heartless

Very friendly and helpful staff. Didn't know about the prepaid card and one of the staff let me set it up before I got my medication. Saved me money and will help me in the long run. Thank you so much
