Started at this place of work through pmp recruitment being told there was a forklift driver job ... when I had the induction of which 6 people were there I was the only English person.. after the induction the 5 foreign people went on shifts at 11:34 an hour and I was put on days at 8:21 not to mention I didn't even get to be on a forklift I was asked to pack boxes which I agreed to .. after 3 weeks of helping out even sorting out the wearhouse to bring it up to safety standards and to be better organised which I believe the shift manger should be doing in the first place ( james cooper .. tim rudd) I made 1 very important mistake and held my hands up and apologised over and over again ... while they done there investigation I was told by managers not to dwell on it . Dont let it get you down .. your not the first person to make this mistake and wont be the last ... it really got me down I made this mistake and they could see how much this job ment to me .. this place of work in my eyes just wants people to do as little as possible to better themselves... if you see a problem or put in a near miss report about bollards not being bolted down properly or the racking which they put pallets on have bends at the bottom and shouldn't be used was told we know about it and it's ok... they say it has to be rectified within 31 days ... well after 6 weeks and 2 days the problem was still not addressed...theres alot of tell you 1 thing and then do the other ... there very much health and safety in the work place at the induction but when it comes to it they dont bother ... it's a shame really I live in kings lynn all my life and believed... (Bespak..consort medical) where a very good company to work for .. shame it didn't turn out this way ...

I hate the place the management are crap.Ive been working for Bespak for one in a half year(agency pmp) and they are treating people like a sheep.GMP only words and nothing else!!!!When they need the machine to run on Sunday and no maintenance around they are happy to break the GMP rules just to see the order done.Half of personal know nothing.Karolina Gray is the worst manager in Bespak she sacked me on my birthday 22.03 when I was on holiday.Because someone from maintenance told her that I have moved the robot head to home position and I have restarted the machine without permission (GMP).When you trying your best no one will appreciate that.
