Great experience as usual. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I didn't feel pressured or rushed at all. It was a relaxing appointment, and so pleased, can't wait for my new glasses to arrive. Sasi is amazing and I have every confidence in his expertise, and experience as a surgeon. 5*

Went to Moss & leaky for my eye test but didn't buy from them , couple months later I had trouble with my eye drops and was told to go to options by my doctor , so went back as they had my notes , Well he was very abrupt and rude ask if I bought glasses and why didn't u get them from him , I said because my lenses were cheaper else were , he then said I couldn't buy them any where else , because they only supply nicon , I didn't have Nicoon I had exsellcior , he looked in my eyes for less than a second ,mumbled something which was you have make up on so cant see much , Ten told Me Not To Back Again Unhappy customer were is customer service gone customer always right

I have been using this opticians for close to ten years now. Their customer service is always excellent. They always have the best frames, highly recommend.

Went in for an eye test, examiner was very friendly and good selection of glasses available. Would definitely recommend
