If there was ever an award for best shop assistant then please give it to Tim, he was just lovely. So helpful, polite, nothing was too much trouble. He is a credit to your company.

I love this place. I very rarely go in go my to.e town of King's Lynn but when I do The Works is always my first stop. Loving my books , I love exploring what new reads there are. My children who often accompany me are also always engaged with the latest toys/ gadgets the shop sells. What makes it even more special are the staff, especially Sue. This lady has worked her for as long as I have visited, she is always ready to help and give advice, and her passion about her work and genuine kindness shines through. In my opinion The Works is the best shop in town.

Staff are always friendly and point me in the right direction if they don't have in stock...online is very easy to use also

A must visit everytime we visit Lynn. Wonderful crafts and books at an affordable price. My 5 year old loves the works as much as me especially at Christmas.

I love this place. I very rarely go in go my to.e town of King's Lynn but when I do The Works is always my first stop. Loving my books , I love exploring what new reads there are.
