        St Augustines is great, helpful and always will put there selves out to help my husband had a stroke and they could not be any more supportive for both of us, i feel that people that are unhappy with the service are lacking understanding of how the NHS are so understaffed and so many patient so we should be grateful we have a service which is free. yvonne Jones
