Wonderful service from Guy-Raymond. I needed new castors for an office chair. They were so helpful in enabling me to identify the size I needed and sent me a sample first to make sure. Thank you very much Andrew for coming to my rescue with my office chair. I had three casters left on my chair and was struggling with keeping my balance whilst working as a psychotherapist for the NHS and The RCN. The last 11weeks have been very challenging and I had no time to sort the chair out. Andrew went out of his way to send me a whole new set of wheels as quickly as possible. My hero!
