        Pathetic service! No urgency, no communication, no preparation, and worst of all no interest or care whether they help you or not! Should be embarrassed to call themselves a law firm! Avoid!!!

        Useless....avoid. They never answer the phone it took months to get responses. Initial solicitor decided to bail right at the last minute so we were lumped with a duty solicitor who was useless and did not know the rules surrounding our specific case. Even though we were lumped with a duty solicitor we still had to pay the full costs of their services!!!????? Or lack of I should say. Even a nurse who rang them on our behalf was less pleased with their service!!
