        Absolutely shocking. No communication, appalling customer service. We now have vulnerable people without heat and hot water due to the lack of communication. Dreadful service. Ordered through Boilerjuice - big mistake. Once they have your money they dont want to know.

        Would give no stars if there was an option. Ordered through boiler juice. Guaranteed delivery 29 th October 2022. Still not received. Promised every day the delivery but still no oil. Numerous excuses from running out of time to running out of oil. You have taken my money promptly. Bring me my oil. A shoddy way to run a business. Up your game, if not you will lose customer's. Go to Goffs their service is far more superior.
