        Didnt think the gym would be for me but knew I needed to get fitter so went to Motiv8 started PT sessions with mark best think I ever done being an amputee I was unsure what I could do mark soon took me on a journey and showed me I could do far more than I thought possible (with his help) dont waste your time and effort looking anywhere else get it booked the whole team are fantastic and you dont have to wear Lycra (WONKY)
