        What an amazing lil set up for a personal trainer center, you pay for an amazing team to back you every step of the way on you fitness journey. Anything from nutrition to workout plans . The atmosphere is lovely . Every staff member will treat you like family every time your to come in.

        I started training with Jake at Just4You fitness in April 2021 to help me with my form and strength on some of the compound lifts. The guidance and support he gave me was great, helping me to build my strength to good level, enabling me to hit some big numbers. He then supported me and guided me into my goal of competing in the sport of strongman. For anyone looking for guidance and support in health, lifestyle and strength I couldn't recommend Jake and J4Y fitness highly enough. Thanks for everything Jake and team.

        Been going to just4you fitness since they opened there own PT centre after lock down. And finally mid February this year I got into proper training routine with Jake and Jack and with there help support motivation and a big change in eating habits by me the had work is paying off. Im almost 3 stone lighter and feeling good and pushing on with my life change. I Cant thank them both enough and would highly recommend them and any of the just4you fitness team. This is no ordinary gym with no ordinary PTs. As these PTs want you to succeed in your personal goals.
