Had a fall whilst on holiday in hustanton severely broke my ankle. ( no alcohol included!)After a 2 hour wait 1 to 3 am outside on concrete floor. 3 amazing paramedics arrived. Took me to QEH. A&E staff were brilliant. Helpful friendly chatty . Was transferred to sandringham ward to wait for operation to pin it all back together. The operating staff again brill, lovely. Staff on ward absolutely amazing. So friendly caring make u laugh, nothing too much trouble. They truly are an amzing bunch of staff. No one wants to end up in hospital but if you do this is the best one ive been to so far. Thankyou so much QEH for everything

This is a fantastic hospital. Every time Ive been for an appointment in various departments the staff have been brilliant, with the exception of the A&E department. The reception and agency staff are unprofessional and rude. Agency should not be allowed to question a patient and pass judgement on their medical issues whilst holding up the A&E queue. On the other hand, the qualified medical professional who I saw was very thorough, informative and professional. As are all other doctors and medical professionals I have seen in this hospital.

Have just been discharged from having surgery and I could not have received better care. I was treated with great kindness by all members of staff. I just can't thank them enough and, the food was very good.
